The stack, the model,
and your next three moves
Jimmy Goetz and Carlos Boyd · Apex Resolution
How the stack runs
Record. Read. Route. Remind.
Record
Fireflies captures Zoom, Google Meet, calendar calls, or the phone mic. Ask first: “Mind if I record? It’s how I take notes.”
Read
The call turns into a text file. Claude or Codex reads it through an MCP connection.
Route
Claude creates the GoHighLevel contact and drops them into a workflow that starts the follow-up.
Remind
An assistant agent on your Gmail and calendar nudges you: who’s walking in, which email needs a reply.

Your second brain
Obsidian or Notion
| Obsidian | Notion | |
|---|---|---|
| Where notes live | Plain text (markdown) files on your own computer | Notion’s cloud workspace |
| How Claude gets in | Reads the files directly | Through the Notion connector |
| What Carlos runs into | No caps so far | Usage caps on heavy days that push you toward a paid plan |
| Setup | Install it, point Claude at it: “This is my second brain. What do you see?” | Connect the account, share pages with the connector |

Getting found (SEO and AEO)
Same name. Same number. Same story.
Where you are
Two lead-gen sites built with Claude (junk removal, radon). You told me they haven’t climbed in a month or two, even after telling Claude “make it SEO, do more.”
More pages alone won’t move it. Search engines and AI answers look for the same facts in many places.
- Pull the rulebook first. Have Claude fetch Google’s current search guidance and build the site from it.
- Register the business, then claim a Google Business Profile for it. Check Missouri Secretary of State filing fees.
- Match everywhere: same name, address, phone, and people on the site, the profile, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Say it again: post content on the same topic across channels so the signals line up.
- Trade links with real partners: an article on their site that links back to yours.

How the money works
Set it up. Keep it up. Stack it up.
Set it up
A setup project: connect their tools, build the dashboard, the voice agent, the follow-up. Partnering works too: one person runs the client meetings and training, the other builds.
Keep it up
A monthly fee to maintain it. A busy owner turning wrenches doesn’t want to run the system. They want leads coming in and no missed calls.
Stack it up
Add services to the same client over time: social, website, paid ads. Each one makes you harder to replace, and still cheaper than hiring each piece out.
Sell the system and the outcome they care about, not your hours. Show what it does, not how the cake gets made.

Keep the job. Plant the seeds.
Build on the side, in public, while the day job pays the bills.
Call it a passion project. Keep the job until the side work can replace it.
Post what you build. LinkedIn, a simple website, the communities you’re already in.
Let it find people. Carlos’s business partner reached out after seeing his posts in a shared community.

Jimmy’s next three moves
Connect. Rebuild. Post.
1
Connect GoHighLevel to Claude
Create a Private Integration token in your sub-account, give it to Claude, and ask what it can see. The token expires, so put a renewal reminder on your calendar.
2
Rebuild one site from the rulebook
Pick the junk removal or radon site. Pull Google’s current guidance, rebuild from it, register the business, and claim the Google Business Profile.
3
Post one week from photos
Connect your socials to the GoHighLevel Social Planner. Give Claude a folder of photos and a topic. Schedule seven days.

One post, every channel
Snap it. Shape it. Ship it.
Snap it
One person on the crew has one job: take a photo before they leave the site and drop it in the shared Google Drive folder.
Shape it
Claude pulls the photo, writes a version for each platform, and can turn the same job into a blog post or website article.
Ship it
Every social account is connected to the GoHighLevel Social Planner once. Claude schedules the posts there. No clicking around.
Ten photos and one article you want to talk about? Ask for “a post a day for the next 10 days.”
